Warranty Periods:

  1. UBIQUITI NETWORKS - 12 calendar months from the date of sale.
  2. MIKROTIK - 12 calendar months from the date of sale.
  3. YEALINK - 24 calendar months from the date of sale.
  4. YEASTAR - 12 calendar months from the date of sale.
  5. Sumitomo Electric - 12 calendar months from the date of sale.
  6. KSTAR - 24 calendar months from the date of sale.
  7. WINTOP - 12 calendar months from the date of sale.
  8. Grandway - 12 calendar months from the date of sale.
  9. WI-TEK - 12 calendar months from the date of sale.
  10. Synology - 1-4 years from the date of sale.
  11. Batteries - 12 calendar months from the date of sale.

Warranty Terms

  1. Customer is obliged to deliver faulty products to Intellcom Group office prior to the expiration of Warranty Period.
  2. Intellcom Group ensures repair or replacement for the products that are under Warranty.
  3. Warranty doesn't cover any kind of expenses related to the installation/ uninstallation of faulty units by the customers.

Warranty not applicable if products are:

  1. Mechanically damaged;
  2. Opened by customer;
  3. Damaged due to incorrect connection to the grid;
  4. Repainted;
  5. Damaged because of the inadequately high electric impact (thunder, high voltage grid supply etc.)
  6. Damaged due to the use of third party software on the device;
  7. Product serial number not readable;

** All customers of Intellcom Group, registered on the company web site, can check whether specified item is still under warranty, by using product MAC Address.
