For Online Purchases Made By Individuals

When individuals make online purchase they can return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Goods must be returned by the individual who made purchases in person to the following address: 42 Tereverko St., Tbilisi, Georgia.

To complete return procedure, customer must fill in Goods Return Form is given in Annex 1

• Delivered products are custom-made according their individual requests and/or clearly meet their individual needs;
• Product isn't in marketable condition - damaged, not all features available, not returned in complete set (including packing). Appropriate check will be performed during product return, in the customer's presence.

Paycheck:

The person will receive the amount of returned goods value within 3 (three) working days from the date of return.
